Letter of appreciation 1st Sept 2012
"I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent treatment I have received from Mr Glen at your Maygate Practice.
I have been a patient of his for many years and have always received extremely good treatment and a great customer care approach. The last year or so has seen me requiring an increased level of dentistry work which would have been potentially traumatic for me however Mr Glen ensured this did not transpire to be the case as he kept me fully informed at every stage of the treatment, ensured that the treatment was of the highest quality and provided a very caring approach.
I feel that this level of service deserves recognition hence my letter to you to express my grateful thanks to Mr Glen for his excellent customer care and high quality service.
I would also like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the friendly and professional service I have always experienced from the other members of the Team at the Maygate Practice.

I find that the treatment I have received from my dentist (Sanjana) has been first class.
She makes the patient feel at ease and takes plenty of time at her treatment. Excellent: The Best. Explains everything about the treatment. I have been having treatment from Sanjana and I must say she gives absolutely painless dentistry, and is so nice. All the dental nurses are lovely so much so I recently brought my grandaughter along as she was so nervous, but she attends regularly now with no fear at all. I just want to say thank you, and keep up the good work."
